There’s often not a single cause or single factor about why something actually works. If you believe that there is a single cause, you’re often very naïve of the complexity of the world that’s around us.Rather than boiling things down and having “cookie-cutter”simplistic views of the world, we need to be more open to complicated and painful world that we often cannot explain. The more we wrestle with a complex world, and appreciate that there’s not a single answer, better off we will be.

We spend our minutes, days, weeks and months in a hurry. Speeding through each second constantly looking to get to the next task, place or goal. The finish line of death is all we are hurrying towards each and every one of us. Slow down, look up from your screen, notice the sunrise or the sound of the birds. Notice the quietness or laugh of a colleague or actually listen to the words of the person speaking to you and realise that the real gift is right now. Stay human.
